One likely reason for the break-up is that one of you have had enough. So, pleading and hanging on him would not be how to win him back. It would do nothing more then cause him to be annoyed.
This is important knowledge to know since constantly bothering you ex will likely cause him to run the other direction when they see you coming. As a wise saying states, “Allow the dust to settle”.
A little bit of alone time can actually help get your connection back and might even be how to win him back. The best way to assess your relationship is to give yourself time to be alone and think about it. It will also give your ex time to change there mind.
Sometimes a bit of time spent apart will make someone realize how much you truly meant to them. Shutting down all contact may appear to be doing just the opposite of what you think you should do get him back, but it is actually a very important factor in how to win him back.

Just keep in mind when you are doing this that it does not mean you are going to be wallowing in self pity. Your giving him some breathing room not giving up on your relationship. Spend some of your free time by yourself and for yourself, Pick up a hobby you’ve neglected, or give yourself some much need pampering by going to get a massage or relaxing at a day spa.
One of my friends told me this story about her ex boyfriend, with whom she was very much in love with. Everything was going perfectly, so she says, but after a while everything fell apart. She was shocked, because she thought everything was going great and she had no clue as to what happened. She figured that maybe they had a compatibility issue or maybe even that he got tired of doing the same old routine day in and day out. When he announced that it was over between them, she wanted to know why he was doing this to her and begged and pleaded with him, she thought this was how to win him back.
This was not how to win him back. She was persistent though, she repeatedly called him, leaving mass amounts of messages every time. She figured the best was to win back her ex was to constantly ask him to take her back and sooner or later he would come to his senses, but it doesn’t quite work like that. What actually happened is that not only did he not take her back but he eventually got a restraining order against her because he thought she had gone over the deep end and was obsessed with him.
The moral of the story is, you can’t force someone to change there mind to match your viewpoint, especially if they want absolutely nothing to do with you. Being annoying and obsessive is not how to win him back. Give him a bit of space so he can actually think and feel like he can breathe, because that might be all that is needed for him to start missing you and realizing that they made a mistake.
